All members of ERGO must pledge that in the pursuit of creating fantastic, creative, immersive experiences they are committed to safe and fair treatment of all guests, employees, and other stakeholders, and that they will adhere to standards and guidelines put forth by ERGO. If a company is reported to be in significant and systematic violation of these guidelines, and is unwilling or unable to remedy the situation, their membership will be revoked by the other members.
